Therefore, the total amount of desulfurization liquid in the system should be estimated accurately to ensure the initial concentration of catalyst
2. The catalyst shall be stored away from light and moisture. The storage ambient temperature shall not be too high. The warranty period for normal storage is 2 years.
3. After application, attention should be paid to monitoring the separation of desulphurizing liquid alkalinity and sulfur foam. Because sulfur content in high sulfur system will increase, the treatment capacity of sulfur melting kettle should be paid attention to.
4. The complex iron desulphurizing catalyst is not consumed theoretically in the desulphurizing liquid. However, because the loss of the catalyst will lead to the loss of sulphur foam or the loss of solution, it is difficult to avoid the desulphurizing solution. Therefore, regular desulfurization catalyst should be regularly added to the desulfurization solution to maintain the normal catalyst concentration in the desulfurization solution.
