1、此沼氣火炬結(jié)構(gòu)是半內(nèi)燃式，防風(fēng)。故障熄火，火炬處于欠壓保護(hù)狀態(tài)。達(dá)到燃燒條件時(shí)，沼氣火炬又自動(dòng)運(yùn)行點(diǎn)燃了。

1. This biogas torch structure is semi internal combustion type, windproof. Fault shutdown, the torch is in under voltage protection state. When the combustion conditions are reached, the biogas torch automatically runs and ignites again.

2、火炬壓力自動(dòng)檢測(cè)：火焰控制系統(tǒng)在供氣管路上安裝有三個(gè)壓力檢測(cè)器，分別按現(xiàn)場(chǎng)供氣壓力情況設(shè)定低壓、中壓和高壓三個(gè)參數(shù)。

2. Torch pressure automatic detection: The flame control system is equipped with three pressure detectors on the gas supply pipeline, which set low pressure, medium pressure, and high pressure parameters according to the on-site gas supply pressure situation.

1）當(dāng)供氣系統(tǒng)中壓力達(dá)到中壓時(shí)，火炬自動(dòng)開機(jī)，實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)點(diǎn)火、啟動(dòng)火炬燃燒。

1) When the pressure in the gas supply system reaches medium pressure, the torch automatically turns on, achieving automatic ignition and starting torch combustion.

2）當(dāng)供氣系統(tǒng)中壓力下降至低壓值時(shí)，火炬自動(dòng)停機(jī)。

2) When the pressure in the gas supply system drops to a low pressure value, the torch automatically shuts down.

3）當(dāng)供氣系統(tǒng)中壓力繼續(xù)升高達(dá)到高壓時(shí)，火炬的二級(jí)火自動(dòng)開啟。

3) When the pressure in the gas supply system continues to rise and reaches high pressure, the secondary flame of the torch will automatically start.

3、火炬在燃燒頭內(nèi)部安裝有火焰檢測(cè)電出彩，當(dāng)火炬熄火時(shí)，檢測(cè)電出彩發(fā)出信號(hào)，信號(hào)被測(cè)控系統(tǒng)的微電腦控制器接收，經(jīng)多次確認(rèn)熄火信號(hào)正確后，微電腦控制系統(tǒng)發(fā)出指令，火炬燃燒系統(tǒng)自動(dòng)停機(jī)，并同時(shí)發(fā)出報(bào)警信號(hào)。

3. The torch is equipped with a flame detection electrode inside the combustion head. When the torch is turned off, the detection electrode sends a signal, which is received by the microcomputer controller of the measurement and control system. After multiple confirmations that the extinguishing signal is correct, the microcomputer control system issues a command, and the torch combustion system automatically stops and sends an alarm signal at the same time.

4、此沼氣火炬不僅可以手動(dòng)開機(jī)、停機(jī)，還實(shí)現(xiàn)了自動(dòng)開機(jī)、停機(jī)。

4. This biogas torch can not only be manually started and stopped, but also automatically started and stopped.

火炬安裝結(jié)束后應(yīng)進(jìn)行火炬試車

After the installation of the torch is completed, a torch test should be conducted

1．檢查火炬供電系統(tǒng)接線是否良好。

1. Check if the wiring of the torch power supply system is in good condition.

2．檢查火炬鼓風(fēng)機(jī)旋向是否正確。

2. Check if the rotation direction of the torch blower is correct.

3．檢查沼氣供氣系統(tǒng)是否密封,有無泄露。

3. Check if the biogas supply system is sealed and if there are any leaks.

4．檢查火炬供氣電磁閥組運(yùn)行是否正常。

4. Check if the torch gas supply solenoid valve group is operating normally.
